This website is published by Latice Capital LLC for information purposes only. It is aimed at professional and institutional investors and at individuals acting in a professional capacity.
Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or interest in any fund or account. Any such offering would be made only to eligible investors, through definitive offering documents, in jurisdictions where it is lawful to do so. Recipients should not rely on this site in making an investment decision.
Latice Capital LLC is a fictional firm, presented here as a design concept. The firm, its people, addresses and figures are illustrative, and no investment product or service is offered or available.

Privacy
We collect only the information you choose to send us, through the contact form, by email or by telephone. That typically means your name, your organisation, your contact details and the content of your message. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry, and for nothing else.
If you apply for a role, we also receive your CV and the answers you give on the application form. We use them only to assess the application, and a CV is never shared outside the hiring team. Application records are kept for twelve months after a process closes.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties except where the law requires it, or where a supplier processes it on our behalf under a written contract.
We keep enquiry records for as long as is needed to deal with the matter and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, after which they are deleted.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing, or to ask us to restrict it. Write to privacy@laticecapital.com and we will reply within one month.
Where we transfer personal data outside the country in which it was collected, we do so under appropriate safeguards.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Your theme preference is kept in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device. Because no cookies are set, no cookie banner is shown.
Accessibility
This site targets WCAG 2.2 at level AA. It uses semantic landmarks, a skip link, visible focus states, text that reflows to 320px, a reduced-motion path, and colour pairs chosen to meet contrast minimums in both light and dark themes.
