Lead the small team building the investor portal and our internal applications.

What the job is.
Two to four engineers, one product surface, a great deal of trust. You will own the portal's reliability and security posture, and the roadmap behind it. Remote, US hours.
02 — Responsibilities
What you would own.
- Lead two to four engineers across front end and backend.
- Own the portal's reliability, security posture and release process.
- Turn investor and internal needs into a roadmap you can defend.
- Review code and design; keep the bar high without becoming a gate.
- Work with security on authentication, entitlements and audit logging.
03 — Requirements
Skills, qualifications
and experience.
Skills
- Full-stack literacy: TypeScript or JavaScript, one backend language, SQL
- Application security: authentication, authorisation, session handling, audit trails
- Product judgement for internal and investor-facing tools
Qualifications
- Seven or more years in engineering, two or more leading
- Experience owning a production application end to end
Experience
- Regulated or financial products are a plus
- Having built something that clients actually used
04 — Compensation
What we pay.
Base salary
$210,000 – $285,000
USD per year, plus annual bonus and equity. The range reflects the
level we are hiring at; the offer depends on experience.
