01 — The role

What the job is.

You will work across the marketing site and the investor portal: design-system components, a static build pipeline, and the interface work that makes a private firm legible to the people it answers to. This is a remote role, working US hours.

02 — Responsibilities

What you would own.

  • Build and maintain the marketing site and the investor portal front end.
  • Extend the design system: tokens, components, documentation.
  • Own accessibility and performance budgets, and hold the line on them.
  • Ship through a static pipeline, and keep the build fast and reproducible.
  • Work directly with design, and with the investment team on content.

03 — Requirements

Skills, qualifications
and experience.

Skills

  • Semantic HTML and modern CSS: grid, custom properties, container queries
  • JavaScript without a framework where a framework is unnecessary
  • Accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AA, screen-reader testing, focus management
  • Performance: Core Web Vitals, bundle discipline, image strategy

Qualifications

  • Three or more years shipping production front-end work
  • A portfolio that shows judgement, not just visual effects

Experience

  • Static site generators or build tooling
  • Having owned a design system, even a small one

04 — Compensation

What we pay.

Base salary $140,000 – $195,000 USD per year, plus annual bonus and equity. The range reflects the level we are hiring at; the offer depends on experience.
